The opportunity to participate in a major rebranding effort, in collaboration with the agency Collins, was an exciting, challenging and rewarding experience. This massive undertaking, spanning a year and a half, involved not just the company's image overhaul but also a product redesign, echoing our evolution and refreshed vision.

As part of the core team, my responsibilities were vast and varied. From participating in brainstorming sessions, providing creative feedback, to gathering and integrating co-worker insights, every step was geared towards creating a brand identity that was authentic and resonated with both internal and external stakeholders.

The project required a well-structured plan, detailing each logo's location and organizing each team around a leader responsible for the transition. The meticulous groundwork ensured a seamless shift to the new brand across all platforms, including a comprehensive web redesign. Communication played a key role, ensuring everyone was informed and aligned with the progress and changes, maintaining a robust dialogue with high-touch stakeholders even amidst shifting objectives and deadlines.

Simultaneously, my role also involved preparing numerous presentations and onboarding sessions, educating the team about the new vision and the rationale behind every decision. This continuous dialogue fostered understanding, buy-in, and excitement for our new identity.

Navigating this extensive rebrand with a lean team of three was no small feat.
